CASEPAC supports Congressional Candidates and Members of Congress in a non-partisan capacity who share our unwavering commitment to combating all forms of the widely recognized IHRA definition of Antisemitism. In addition, we will call out Jew Hatred, Anti-Zionism and Anti-Israel bias wherever and whenever it rears its ugly head in the halls of Congress, in the media, and throughout our country.

Rebecca Harary, M.S.

PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER

Rebecca is an experienced problem solver drawing from her experience in the nonprofit sector, her political career, and her Jewish identity to combat antisemitism across the United States.

A Modern Orthodox, Sephardic Jewish woman, one of eight children herself, mother of six and grandmother to eleven, Rebecca has drawn on her life experiences to contribute tangibly to the Jewish and secular communities and has long desired to use her cumulative skills to strengthen the Jewish population by combating both antisemitism and the BDS movement.

In 2017, Rebecca Harary ran for office in the 4th City Council District on the East Side of Manhattan. She did very well in the 2016 State Assembly race as well; she received the highest raw vote total of any Republican since 2000 in the 73rd AD and received the highest percentage of any Manhattan Republican candidate since 2002. As the City Council candidate in 2017, Rebecca earned around 35% of the vote; another record for a Republican in New York City.

Rebecca was a small business owner for ten years, and then went on to found 4 successful nonprofit organizations here in NYC. One of the four nonprofits Rebecca founded is Propel Network (ThePropelNetwork.org), which trains underprivileged Jewish women with career certification skills, and then helps each woman find a position in her chosen field.

In 2019, Rebecca left her position as Senior Vice President of the Bnai Zion Foundation to launch CASEPAC and fight the growing disease of antisemitism here in the United States.
